Android tablet (that can be harnessed to car seat)

To explain the title...

I'm after a cheapy android tablet for my baby for the car. He plays with my ipad at the minute but I'd rather get him something cheaper. The spec can be basic as I only want to upload a few cartoons and movies. I do however want to be able to attach it to the headrest of car seat for travelling. Any recommendations?

I bought this for my son the other week for the dvd player. its basically strong velco, 4 straps stick to the back of the dvd player, the rest wraps around the headrest after that then its any tablet you want.
theres a cheap as chips tesco tablet for 99 euros if you want that one

Did you find a tablet? Looking for one myself. Was looking at in car dvd players but all I really want is to be able to play video files so I think a tablet is a better option
