But i thought if the great one says it then it must be true?

Seriously though he has said it and we all know he is eyeing it up, who wouldnt to be fair.

Do you believe everything people say? I've no doubt he's probably eyeing it up but he's also got a LW fight in a few weeks and depending on how that goes probably at least 4/5 defences before actually moving up. I just think its pointless getting annoyed by something which may never happen, theres a lot more actually going on in the world and in life that we could(should?) be getting annoyed about.

I'd fight Jon Jones for 300k (no win bonus... Don't think I'd need it)

Why bother? Your hospital bills would be 400k

Funeral is only about 30k though :pac:
Nah, wrong..... I'd go down at the glove touch.

Well its not 300k but its a huge amount of money for getting in the ring with a 47 year old instead of the GOAT :D FS Enzo Maccerelli sparked him recently so it should be no bother lol Plus the fans decide who fights so you've got all the boardsies who will vote for you.

Even at 47 and with a chin that's been getting worse every fight, he'd still destroy any MMA fighter in the world in a boxing match, never mind random fans.

Sad to see such a legend like roy jones broke and not able to retire at this age he was 'untouchable' in his prime one of the best to ever do it.

It is sad but he's in with Putin & the Russians now so he'll probably end up doing something corrupt for money. CM Punk submitted a video application & pulled out injured before the video finished uploading :pac:

Definitely 'untouchable' when it came to Steve Collins, everytime Collins went knocking on his door he hid behind the sofa so Collins couldn't get him :D Refusing the Collins fight left a big hole in his legacy imo

Just watched all McGregors UFC fights in order, can confirm he will murder Dos Anjos.

Did you also watch all of Dos Anjos' fights?

I'll be betting on McGregor, but anything can happen.

I watched all of Aldos fights in order the day before I flew to Vegas for 194.

It convinced me 100% that Conor was a dead man.

Even though Aldos last couple of fights were kinda ****e (apart from Mendes II).

That's some very high level BJJ there, I originally thought he was going for an arm-bar but then realised that he was going for something so high level, I couldn't recognise it.

The rumour is that Conor lit up a few high level WW guys when sparing during the world press tour last year and that's were the idea to move to WW after LW came from.

How true this rumour is, I have no Idea but his heavier, better grappler of a team mate got ****ed up by a top level WW grappler so grains of salt and all that.

I'd have my doubts on that rumour.

After all, he re-injured his leg training with Rory MacDonald in Toronto in the run up to UFC 189.

I'd love to ask Rory or Conor are they still relatively friendly after that incident. :pac:

This talk of Welterweight annoys me a bit. The best Division in UFC with at least 5 solid contenders and Conor would get to jump every one of them into a title fight. Grossly unfair imo. I think he would beat Lawlor and thats as a huge lawlor fan, however he would have serious trouble against Maia Mcdonald , wonderboy etc whom he is just going to skip.

I think he beats RDA and that will be the lightweight roster skipped, i dont want to see it at Welterweight aswell, make him work his way up like everyone else.

Same argument can already be made for this fight.

Taking Pettis aside, you had Khabib, Alvarez, Ferguson at the very least making viable cases for title fights.
