    Could you point me towards where the Architects/Engineers Report Form needed for self-build Mortgage applications can be downloaded on-line please?

    The property report certificate form can only be obtained from the Mortgage Advisor in your account holding branch. Your mortgage Advisor will be your point of contact for all your mortgage application queries.
