Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How much is the 4S worth

    I have been due an upgrade but have held off for a while, in Jan I want to sell my 4S and get the 5S, I am hoping to make a decent few bob and use it towards paying three off for the 5s, getting a new otterbox, first couple of bills etc. The screen has a few scratches nothing major, the back is cracked but I am just going to replace that, buy it off ebay , easy job, still have the original box and some accessories I think, I'll have to check. Can anyone give me a general idea of what I will get for it?

    Have a look on adverts. Get it unlocked if you can cos it will be worth more.

    If the screen is not too bad €280 if you can get it unlocked.

    It will be €169 for the new phone, I'm still not 100% sure about the switch, got my 4s for €69 two years ago but that was a special offer for new customers, I had Internet with them and they called me up and I went for it. It's a two year contract and the bill is €40 a month which I'm fine with same that I am paying now. They have been trying to get me to upgrade since Spetember, holding out to see if I can get phone cheaper, a month free etc. to sweeten the deal. Would like to get the 5S but I'm not extremely pushed tbf.

    If I got €250-€300 for the phone I would be happy.

    thats a good price for the 5S. eMobile want €279 from my cousin for a gold 16gb.

    In my honest opinion, you wont sell the 4S and fund "getting a new otterbox, first couple of bills etc" as per your opening post, but you will cover the cost of the new phone and maybe the otterbox case.

    eitherway, its a good position to be in that your old phone covers the upgrade and its what i do every two years.
