Is it possible to get a UK Three account , see below :

3UK on Wednesday quietly announced it has begun rolling out its 4G service.

The network is available in Central London, Birmingham, Manchester and Reading, and the operator said it has been upgrading customers in these locations who own 4G-capable devices since 2 December.

"This rollout will accelerate in January," said 3UK, which aims to cover 50 cities by the end of 2014 and provide 4G coverage to 98% of the population by the end of 2015.

In an unusual move, the launch news came with little in the way of pomp and circumstance, appearing instead several paragraphs into a regular quarterly update, which also included the announcement that the operator is adding the U.S., Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Macau to its 'Feel At Home' tariff.

Feel At Home allows customers to pay U.K. rates for calls, texts and data consumption in a number of countries. Originally seven countries – Australia, Austria, Denmark, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy and Sweden – were eligible when the offer launched in August.

"High roaming charges stop people enjoying their phones while they're away and Feel At Home is the antidote to that," said 3UK chief executive Dave Dyson.

"Adding the USA to the mix is great news for our customers and shows our commitment to giving them the best experience in what is a popular destination. We plan to add more countries to the mix soon," he said.

Meanwhile, in the three months ended 30 September, 3UK said it added 300,000 net new customers, which it attributed to the popularity of its prepay service and the aforementioned Feel At Home offer. In total, the company now has 7.8 million customers, up 9.7% on the third quarter of 2012.
