    I think it is a good idea as it is a month or so from the actual indoor season start. Shows if the work you're doing is paying off and if not how far from peak you are. I shall be heading, even though it is 3 days after the Novice XC

    I did this the other night. I did the 3000 meters race and finished last :o

    Enjoyed it all the same. Have done 8 marathons and that would be my strong point, having done sub 3 hours. My times deteriorate as i go down the distances though with a modest 18:31 5k PB so i didn't know what to expect in my shortest race ever. I did 10:52 which is not very fast but found it was a great experience to run indoors in a fantastic facility.
