Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Recently tried to purchase DVD box set of this site!
    Entered my card details, etc, went to order processing in warehouse. Then i received an email stating:
    Dear Customer

    Thank you for your recent order with www.play.com

    At this time we are unable to process your order further as the card details you have entered appear to be incorrect and cannot be verified.

    Please can you check you account and ensure that the following details have been entered correctly:

    Credit card number
    Valid and Expiry dates
    Three digit security code (this can be found on the signature strip of your credit card)

    We will then attempt to re-process your original order. You do not need to resubmit your order.

    Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused to you in this matter and thank you for your patience and valued custom.

    I reentered my 3 digit code and saved!

    Checked my balance and the money has been taken.
    I've tried emailing to see if my payment went through but i received this which doesnt state my payment was taken? Im confused!

    If the order is being processed then it's confirmed paid, they wouldn't process the order otherwise.

    After i placed the order but before the email about my card, I checked the order status to be sure I ordered it and It came up processing in warehouse, hence why im confused
