    Hey guys,

    Is anyone going to the Shutterbug kilo sale tomorrow in Smithfield?

    Apparently they're doing some sort of ticketing queue system this year where you collect a ticket beforehand which are all on a first come first served basis.

    I've never been and just wondering did anyone go to the one last year and was there much stock left later on in the day?

    From their FB page (not sure if it's much help....):
    KILO SALE QUEUE SYSTEM! So - because people have been queueing for 2-3 hours before our previous Kilo Sales, we thought it was time to make life a bit easier on those dedicated earlybirds! Here's how it will work :
    1.Arrive at Block B any time after 8am for your QUEUE ZONE TICKET. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
    2. This ticket will have a certain colour for EITHER Zone A/B/C or D.
    3. Zones A/B/C/D are broken down in to sections - your ticket will have the number section you are in.
    4. Once you have your ticket you can do whatever you like - BUT we would REALLY recommend being in the venue from at LEAST 11.40am so you can get to your space etc. You're free to hang out in the venue too of course as....
    5. ....the *NON-SALE* POP-UP SHOP SECTION will open at 10am (instead of 11am as advertised) so once you have your queue ticket you can hit that zone with time to spare! In Folkster we'll have our Jeffrey Campbell Shoes, Miista, Sister Jane, UNIF, XEVANA and Folkster Edit - with shearling collars, fedora hats, mountains of jewellery, leather dresses and skirts, kimonos, fringe jackets, amazing sequins and so much more! In Gild & Cagewe'll have perfect gift and homewares - frames, vases, vintage rugs and antlers and the COOLEST screenprints too! There'll also be a Block T Screenprint poster shop and cafe AND a Bridies Bar & General Store sweet shop!
    6. THE IMPORTANT BIT! >>> THE KILO SALE OPENS AT 12 NOON SHARP! GATE *A* WILL OPEN FIRST. ONCE ALL SECTIONS IN GATE A HAVE ENTERED IN ORDER, GATE *B* WILL OPEN. ONCE ALL SECTIONS IN GATE B HAVE ENTERED, GATE *C* WILL OPEN. ETC. It's still a queue so PLEASE have patience while the zones and sections ahead of you enter first - we'll move it as quickly as possible though :)
    7. That's it! Oh and also - if there is a queue for paying, it would be amazing if you could take the hangers off anything you want to buy either in the changing room or at the rails provided along the queue :) Please and thankyou.
    8. The venue is BLOCK B - not Block T - so it's basically the lane that runs parallel to the main Smithfield square BEHIND the Third Space cafe :) We'll have it signposted too :)
    9. The MAIN thing - apart from grabbing some bargains or decking yourself out for Christmas finery - is that you have fun :) All of our team from security to till to changing rooms to Folkster and Gild & Cage aim to be friendly and have some fun themselves - so we REALLY hope you enjoy the day, and thank you SO much for your support!


    So jealous of everyone who is going....... (while I'm stuck working the whole weekend :( )
