    I think you'd need to give your requirements, eg. what game(s) you want to play.

    I've a quad-core CPU and old GeForce 9800 GTX graphics card, which plays Crysis and Crysis 2 okay, but it's not a Direct X 11 card so Crysis 3 refuses to start up.

    A "nice" graphics card that will play Crysis 3 at high resolution will cost €150 on it's own.

    But if you're only playing games which are a couple of years old, your requirements and costs go down.
