    Is it possible to download a direct debit form for BOI please so i could have it filled out before dropping it into my local branch?

    If you are looking to set up a direct debit to Bank of Ireland, you can visit or phone your branch for assistance. If you wish to call your branch, a representative will be happy to arrange for the form to be posted to you.

    Alternatively, if you are looking for a third party to debit your Bank of Ireland account by direct debit, the third party will provide the necessary form to you to complete. They will set up this instruction on your behalf.
