    Hey,

    My roommate and I are planning to move out. We are currently staying in a lovely 2 bedrooms apartment in Iveagh Court in Harcourt road, Dublin 2. We are looking for someone to replace us asap. It's really nice and quite, and it's only few minutes walk from Grafton and everything you need. There's a LUAS stop right in front of the building.

    Not sure about the deposit but I don't think you need to pay that
