iPhone Issues with Carphone Warehouse

    i got an iphone4s from carphone warehouse on billpay and paid insurance every month on it, it worked fine for a year but now the lock button is stuck, so far im waiting 3 weeks to get it back, they didn't give me a replacement phone because the had none they said so i had to buy a cheap 15e phone wit no camera, its coming up to Christmas now and ive missed out on taking photos of my son putting the star on the tree ect. after seeing your posts i am worried i wont get it back soon, and when i do it will be water damaged and unrepairable :(

    Check the status of your repair here, This tells you where it is or at least, will give you a indication. You will need your IMEI number to do this, This is located on your box or receipt.

    after seeing your posts i am worried i wont get it back soon, and when i do it will be water damaged and unrepairable

    Carphone insurance cover water damage so I wouldn't worry too much about that. If a insured handset is "unrepairable" or "BER" it is replaced. There may be a small excess charge.

    Give your local store a call and ask whats the story with it.
