Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi There

I take a Skin, Hair, Nails supplement which is great and all three have never felt better.

The problem is I suffer from chilblains and during the Winter months my nails constantly look grey and dirty. They're not dirty because I wash them and keep them clean but they don't look white or clear / clean. They're definitely stronger from taking the supplement but it's the look of them that's really bugging me.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd really welcome them. I'm happy with the condition but they look grubby!
