Youd have better luck asking in android devices, but if you were willing to go for a 7 ' the nexus 7 is a very capable tablet im pretty sure its 200 or less

Bought this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenovo-S6000-10-1-inch-Tablet-Black/dp/B00DPES65O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1386706266&sr=8-1&keywords=lenovo+s6000 about 2 weeks ago for a 14yo. Very impressed with it
feels solid, good screen, very fast (I have ipad 1). Cost about 210 euro delivered.
