Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi I ordered an item from USA last Sunday and it was posted out with USPS priority mail. I have been tracking the item and the current status is CUSTOMS CLEARANCE IRELAND. I am from Northern Ireland (UK) so should it not be in UK customs? If this seems to be a mistake can you advise me what to do? Thanks

nope - customs operate on an EU wide basis and clearance can be in any eu country - as its quicker to route NI packages though Ireland, this is what has happened.

Relevant EU duty and UK vat will be applied if applicable.
