Windows update offering updates for full Office package even though I only have Word.

I keep getting offered random updates for various office products I don't have such as Onenote, Lync, Project, Access etc ... I don't have these programs! Just Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint. How do I stop these annoying notifications? Thanks.

Did you install the full package but just select certain components? It's possible the updates are for that particular package, and it will install just the required files for what you have installed. If not did your computer ship with a trial version of Office?
