Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Some nice bits here
    http://www.privatesportshop.fr/192414-univers-cycle-et-triathlon
    Including Adamo's

They are essentially the same as Sport Pursuit. I've bought a couple of bits off them in the past with no issues

Double positing this because of how much of a bargain it is ..

Kona2016-50 will get you 50% off any power meter on https://www.powertap.com. Technically meant for Kona qualifiers but managed to get it to work, serious bargain on their pedals ....

I did look at the sizing chart, but how would you gauge their sizing.... small/castelli or large/dhb

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,377 Mod ✭✭✭✭pgibbo

I'm the same size in these as Castelli.

I went for S in everything except the jacket. I'm 5'11 and 71kg

I'm surprised S fits you in Castelli. I'm shorter at 174cm and was lighter at 65/66kg. I wear S in most brands and like my gear snug but need a M in Castelli. My measurements are bang on the chest/waist measurements for medium on the Vermarc chart but I'm still well under 75kg mark they give, I'm 69/70kg currently. Haven't got fatter! just working a more physical job so my arms and chest aren't as scrawny as they were!

Not sure which to go for, it says comfort fit though so think I'm better to go with the small.

In case anyone is in need of spares or a change.

They probably were never worth the €75 but worth leaving in a box for the day you might need them at €8.50

i wouldn't worry too much about the expiry on them. i watched a regular here throw back a couple that were years out of date and he's still ticking.

That's what I figured as there is such a high sugar content I'm sure they'd be grand. Have had a 1 or 2 since they expired in September and Im still here now.

There's still 20 or so boxes available in Lidl Ballycullen if anyone is interested

    A very, very niche bargain

Anyone with a Casco Speedster might be interested. Mine came with a smoke/mirror visor and I always felt and looked like a tool.
Bought an orange one today for £30 including postage so now I'll just look like a rebel fighter from Star Wars
