Whats up with Trimbleston apartments?

I've been going past Trimbleston apartments almost every day and there seems to be no work done on these apartments - scaffolding doesn't seem to have changed at all. Looks crap Have Sorohan Builders left the job?

Signs of life detected - recently I saw a single van parked up and a guy drilling something outside one of the apartments
