It took me about 6 months and many hours to finally get my complaint registered by Eircom's Complaints Department, it turned out to be a waste of time anyway, the reply was rubbish. It was only after I contacted the Boards team that my complaint was acknowledged, best of luck, HKS

I'm sorry to hear this, there is a 10 investigative period however if this has passed it's best to contact the complaints department directly for an update. Would you like me to PM you a direct contact number for them?

A direct number would be great. I've been told I bv numerous occasions that one doesn't exist however!!!!!

I have found, if it relates to poor service levels. to complain to the regulator, Comreg. A complaint lodged directly to Eircom remains unanswered yet I got an acknowledgment with 24 hours when the complaint was made via Comreg. Funny, that.
