Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I took my laptop into school and they made some changes to the laptop now im having an issue connecting my laptop to the internet.

My laptop will connect to the Wi-Fi in my house but when i try and access the internet a message is displayed that says that safari can not conect to the proxy server.

Sounds like they set up a proxy server connection. In Safari go to preferences > advanced > change settings. In there I presume a proxy will be ticked. Try unticking it and see does that help.

Tried that, it doesn't seem to work

    is it a Mac ?

System Preferences>Network then select the Advanced button in the lower right. Then select Proxies, and de-select

The narrower a man’s mind, the broader his statements.

Well what was it? I don't have the problem, but it's nice to clarify what fixed it for future purposes if people have the same problem and can't fix it.
