Using steam rooms and saunas

There's a sauna and steam room in my gym in the shower suite. There's also a jacuzzi.

What's the best way to use these facilities to help my skintone and cellulite? I also have some pimples too.

Normally I've just been going in between the three of them for five minutes each but I'm sure there's a better way.

I normally work out three times a week but sometimes I go to just use the jacuzzi suite.

I don't think they will do anything for your skintone. In fact they can possibly burst capillaries and cause thread veins on your face. For cellulite your best off doing dry body brushing and trying a cream maybe

You get better results for the skin by working out in gym as all the jacuzzi and steam rooms do is help relax you and sweat out some water. Nice if you want to put on a hair masque though as steam helps masque absorb into the hair shaft.

Good diet and excise is the key, keep your skin clean & hydrated. The Jacuzzi and steam rooms aren't going to make any improvements to your skin tone ....but good for relaxing :)
