    Any big concerts coming to Ireland in 2014? I heard some rumours of U2 doing a tour. Is Springsteen coming back? Beyonce is here, suppose you could call her show big as it would probably sell out multiple times over

    Arcade Fire W/ support from The Pixies - Marlay Park - 29th June 2014

    Neil Young & Crazy Horse - Cork Marquee - 10th July 2014

    Pearl Jam have also just announced a European Tour, so an Irish date can be expected to be announced any day now!

    I reckon late next year will see U2 hitting the road, Whenever they complete and release their new album, which is hopefully of higher quality than their latest single "Ordinary Love"

    Bruce and the E Street Band have a new album "High Hopes" due to be released on January 14th so a Summer European tour is highly likely after the band finish their dates in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, which see them up to March 2nd, I reckon European dates will follow, and if so, there certainly will be Irish dates.

    More possibilities to add to the list;

    Artic Monkeys - Phoenix Park

    Foo Fighters - Phoenix Park/Marlay Park/Aviva

    Kings of Leon - Phoenix Park/Marlay Park/Aviva

    Garth Brooks - 2 or 3 nights at the Aviva maybe

    Bob Dylan is due here after bypassing Ireland on his recent European tour, he usually comes here on the second European leg.

    Morrissey has a reissue of his 1992 album Your Arsenal set for release in February, and supposedly two albums worth of new material as the search stills goes on for a suitable record label, surely 2014 will see him touring off of the success of his autobiography.

    Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds are still touring behind their strongest and most critically acclaimed album in some time, they are currently on a US tour, but it is probable that another European leg could be added on, and hopefully if that is the case they will play some Irish shows, as their only visit here was the Body and Soul festival.

    James, although not particularly a huge band anymore, their live shows have always gone down a treat, and with a new album set to be released in early 2014 they are sure to come here, especially as Tim Booth said they would, as they road tested their new material in the Olympia last August, which sounded their strongest in years.
