Do i have to pay postage for Returned items to Zavvi?

    I was at the post office & maybe i've not included something on the return package, but i was told i may have to pay, as i included all the details on the package from here as i couldnt print it out here

    As the post office said most freepost stuff go down to Portlaoise, but mine was heading straight back, i'm still waiting on a reply back from Zavvi,

    Has anyone sent stuff back before?

    Their returns page says they'll refund postage in a certain amount of circumstances but you still have to pay for it to begin with, they won't refund postage for change of mind returns it seems

    Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where:

    we sent you the wrong item, or
    the item is damaged or faulty; or
    where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep.

    We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.
