    Hi guys,

    Just to say thanks for the excellent service with my recent purchase of 42" Sony KDL-42W653A.

    You guys were very helpful, and had the TV to my door within 2 days, also the free 5 year guarantee meant I saved nearly 400euro compared to highstreet shops.

    Also TV looks great with the PS4, thanks again.

    Meant to put up something also. Got my LG 55LA790 and well impressed especially considering price with warranty (think got for ~€500 less then would locally...).  Thanks for the recommendation!

    I also got my lg smart tv from richer sounds, I had a problem  connecting it to the internet
    I contacted Dave and when he discovered it was a problem with my router and not the tv,  He called me at home and spent a lot of time talking me trough how to fix it .

                    I just want to say you don't come across service like this very often.
    Thank you Dave you made my day, and the 5 year warranty is something else.

    Hi Cipro, thanks for the post ! It's a pleasure dealing with customers like yourself and I love a challenge ! I'm just glad I could get you sorted out and I know you'll get great use of the TV. I have sent you over the instructions on how to get your network details and I have also sent you the actual network details to save you looking them up !

    Great customer service, would recommend to anyone.
    Now I am a returning customer, looking for a quote on another one of the r-n500.

    The speakers are held with your name on them.
