How do you top up a prepaid card with cash?

    What's up people. I bought a Skrill mastercard recently and I'm puzzled as to how on earth I can top it up. K so I want to lodge cash into it. I don't have bank account so I can't transfer money to it.

    You can't. Bank account and debit card are the only ways to top up a Skrill card AFAIK.

    All right then. Bank of Ireland here I come. Only because they have cheaper quarterly maintenance fee. €5 for 3 months? I'll take it any time of the day.
