I'm in two minds here. It does sort of look like Paulinho bent his foot back towards Suarez. That said, it could be the camera angle and he's actually pulling his foot back out. Need a better angle.

Are you seriously comparing what De Jong did in the final to that? With a straight face? That was a kung fu kick. It was nothing like the Paulinho incident.

To be honest, Paulinho's one reminded me of the Nani red card against Real Madrid in last years champions league. That wasn't a red either.
