Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ahh so according to some here leaving foot in high is not a red card ;)

So high his studs landed on
Suarez's chest. Ha! And Paulinho made sure they did as well with that extra little movement at the end. Red all day long. (Unless you're de Jong in the World Cup final)

    Spurs getting dirty now
They've been kicking out at our lads and pulling jerseys for the entire game now. Clearly the players are frustrated at the lack of direction that is being given by the manager.

Honestly, I think he is a complete chancer of a manager. Even though he nearly wrecked your club, I'd say the most of our own fans would have creamed themselves if he was announced as Liverpool manager a year and a half ago.

He didnt have the players to play the system he wanted with us and the same can be said about Spurs, hes spent lot of money, granted a lot of it was made back on Bale but his transfers in trying to adjust a team to his style hasnt really worked out and the goals return reflects it.

To be honest, it reminded me of the Nani red card against Real Madrid in last years champions league. That wasn't a red either.

Nani didn't mean his, Paulinho did.

If he swung a fist, and missed, he'd of gotten a red.

You can't deliberately try to hit your opponent.

Yup, he barely touched him. Suarez got him sent off with the reaction, hopefully someone does kick him hard.

Ridiculous comment. Studs in the chest and you can't let a shout out? FFS, Suarez is Satan incarnate to some people....

Dunno what sky sports 1 are saying but on 3D they are saying it was a deserved red card

So one not being given as red automatically means that the next one shouldn't be?

Cartman and Scott Tenorman comes to mind.

If that happened to anybody but Suarez everyone would agree with was a red.

    Should shot first time

Somebody needs to get fouled at the edge of the box for a banker free kick from Suarez.

He has really tried to clean up his act this season to try and get the dream move to a big club. He was probably disappointed that madrid and barcalona didn't try for him last summer so realised he had to cool it for a bit

Red Card all day long he can't even say he was going for the ball with his foot that high in the air .

    Flanagan has been tidy today

    In everything but his appearance.

Always looks like he's just been awoken from a slumber in a bush and dragged to the pitch.

    .

Yes, as they both involve studs in chest they are comparable. My face a bit crooked as I typed it though!

Obviously the de Jong incident was worse.

    Both reds for me.

Yeah, it's what it reminded me of. I can understand both sides of the argument but I'd rather players were kept on if it is not clear whether a player was being truly reckless. Nobody would complain had he been let off with a yellow. A red sends like overkill.

Either way, Spurs have been awful all year and Liverpool have been very good. Had no bearing on the match

That was a kick to the chest, todays one was slightly late and hard to do any damage with your back turned to him whilst kicking someone in the chest unless you're Chuck Norris.

It was a red all day long lads. It does not have yo be deliberate to be red. It was slow and clumsy

Liverpool haven't won 2-0 in 2 years. Surely another goal for someone in this game?

    As I type it.
