And even better what parts are considered which

I was told by a public notary (who lives in Shankill) that it is now considered D18, I've been using that since without any problems.

This is an An Post webpage dealing with delivering publicity material, it lists Shankill as one of the areas in D18....

You can also put an exact address in. Corbawn lane shows as dublin 18.

www.osm.org has all the postcode areas mapped, and is apparently very accurate. Shankill is indeed within Dublin 18.
