Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I recently upgraded my Broadband speed and got a router (Zyxel D100) "upgrade" from Eircom, due to my old Netopia 3347 NWG not being ASDL2 compatible.

All was fine until I realised the 360 or PS3 wouldn't connect to the Router outside of 10 feet. I never had any trouble connecting to the old Router anywhere within the house.
Now I rang Eircom and got the usual "lower your firewall" and "change the wireless channel" etc. after explaining to them I had done all of the above they tried to sell me this http://www.eircom.net/accessories/broadband/broadbandtab/plug2/ TP-Link Wireless N Powerline Extender Starter Kit for €79.
After some research online I used the old router as a "wireless extender" it's in the exact same spot as the new router and the 360 will connect to that router no problem. But it is half the DownLoad speed of the new main router.

Now I'm just wondering on my options here?

    a) Should I stay with the set up above.
    b) Buy the Powerlink for €79
    c) Buy a new better Router altogether.
    d) Something else.

Thanks for reading, hopefully I made myself clear. ;)
