    Have you been experiencing High Blood Pressure AND Trouble Sleeping?

    If this sounds familiar, you may be eligible to participate in a research study being run in Galway. This study aims to lower blood pressure through lifestyle interventions.

    You may qualify if all the following apply:

    • You have recently experienced elevated blood pressure readings (130-160mmHg SBP, <110 mmHg DBP)

    • You have been having some trouble sleeping

    • You have never had a stroke or heart attack
