Did your child steal from this house?

If not, why is your neighbour saying they did?

Protect their name from what? From telling you they think your child stole?

Why are they saying your child stole and is a bully and a liar?

There are usually two sides to every story.

Is the neighbour known for being a bit off the wall, or is there a chance that your daughter is up to stuff you don't know about (maybe as part of a group)?

If the neighbour has a reputation, then you don't need to protect your daughter's name, as most people will know what the neighbour is like - and just remind your daughter to stay well away from them.

If your daughter is up to something, then you need to find out what.

    Ye that's it (fool)

In fairness, that's how it reads, because your post has no punctuation and is pretty difficult to read.

There's very little you need to do. If you certain your child did nothing wrong, and the woman is known for being a bit odd, just ignore it. If she's texting your wife, get her number blocked, most networks will do this, or a call blocking app could work.
