Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my tv (currently samsung LE32B550), to a 42". I have been looking for a while and thinking on getting the LG 42LA860. Can you provide a quote? Including delivery to Dublin.

If you don't have this tv, can you suggest similar tv/price point. Looking for good/high specs, 3d passive, camera (not essential), high refresh rate.

    Thanks

Hi there, unfortunately this is not a model that we stock and it looks like there are very few places who stock this model.

I would suggest looking at the Pansonic TXL42FT60.

This is a much higher specification compared to the LG as the LG is 800Hz processing with the Panasonic running at 1600Hz. The Panasonic is also Freesat compatible and offers the same passive 3D as the LG.

The picture on the Panasonic models this year is superb and combined with great styling, the FT60 really is a superb TV.

Price on this is curently £849.95 with delivery at £24.95 and it comes with a free 5 year guarantee.

Let me know what you think of this.

    Thanks Dave.

I did some research on the model you recommended and I'm impressed. I got to see it for real in an over priced local shop!

What's the cost in euro? Or is it best I pay in sterling. If you confirm both prices, then I'll be happy to proceed.

    Cheers Dan

    Hi Dan.

The price on the 42FT60 would be £849.95 / 1049.99 Euro
Delivery would come in at £24.95 / 30.00 Euro

Sometimes in works out slightly better to be charged in sterling and have your bank do the conversion.

If you would like to go for this drop me a contact number in a PM and I can give you a bell to complete the order.
