transferring money to a friends account over mobile?

     I want to send money over my phone using mobile banking to a friend but it keeps saying no eligable accounts for a transfer!?

    As we have no account access here, it is difficult to determine the cause as to why it will not permit transfers via mobile.
     
    You can call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 or from abroad 00353 140 44000. A representative can check this in more detail for you.
     
    Representative assisted hours are 8am-12midnight Monday to Friday and 9am-6pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank/Public holidays.
