It died a couple of times already. I'd say wait until it calms down again.
Some people discovered if you press F5 on the code page, or re-enter your email you get another code, and can add them until 2016, so they have probably seriously hindered it..

No. Only one person in a group call needs it (the person who starts the call).

I sent off for the code this using my primary Google account, and later via my Skype-linked Microsoft account. I did this in case they've a higher priority for their own service accounts.

Seems to be working quickly now accepting emails quickly now, I just did it for my Mother. No immediate email though. Maybe they're clamping down on all of the people that got loads of codes.

Last night late, entering email just said "Sending" for ages.

It might help if people are helping out by putting up codes that they allocate it to the top of the request list. That way everyone gets a shot.

Of course it relies on everyone playing fair but that's a given on boards.
