Best tablet sub €100

Im looking for the best tablet I can get for sub €100 in time for christmas. It doesnt have to be anything special but can definitely not exceed €100. I have seen this Goclever in expert [HTML]http://www.expert.ie/Product/GoTab-GTD7-7-Tablet/298626/6.3[/HTML] Is this good value and is it a decent tablet?
