    I'm having issues relating to pay with my employer that I have been unable to resolve despite my attempts. Who should I contact (by which I mean NERA/Citizens Information etc) to begin a formal case against my employer?

    NERA, if it's to do with minimum rights.

    Your union or an employment lawyer if it's to do with issues over and above minimum code.

    Just FYI, Workplace Relations are the new name for NERA.
