    True but I felt we were miles better. This season we are just crossing the ball in from any angle and some times just lumping the ball forward. Its horrible stuff to watch.

    he's trying a fair bit harder tonight, has been "genuinely" fouled as Alan Smith put it 4 or 5 times... winning free kicks, better corner deliveries 2nd half and getting involved a fair bit. The simple things, that's his job, but its better I'll give him that.

    You never know he could improve even more and get back to form we know he can get to.
