    Hi all,

    I hope this is the right place to post this, but I am just wondering if phone shops (and in particular vodafone) have sales on pay as you go phones in January?

    Short answer: No,they have all the offers now in time for Christmas,prices actually tend to go back up in the New Year.

    Have a look at this thread to get a half decent smart phone for small money,I picked up one for myself & it's grand.Just get a free sim from another network & 'port' the number for €20 off the rrp.You can do it instore aswell as online.
