Uncooked Pork. Risk of food poisoning?

My housemate said she would defrost the pork chops in the microwave. I thought she had, fried them on the pan and ate them. She had the normal heating setting on for just 2 minutes and not the defrost setting. I fried them for about 10 on a high heat, could have been less cos I can't remember Am I at risk of food…
