    Hi everybody,

    I'm off to Cork September 2014 to do a L5 in Hairdressing, either St. John's (hopefully) or City North, depends on where I get in.

    I was wondering what the L5 involves? Would I get to do much cutting/colouring? I've read perming and plaiting is a big part of it. Is that true?

    How is the year structured and is there many assessments,assignments that sort of thing? Of course anybody with specific info on the above colleges is a plus.
