You'd need to check on the day you want the job done. I tend to go to Harvey Norman, competitive pricing mostly and they have some brillo offers, but only on a given day.

As Red Nissan says..
I also tend to use Harvey Norman (Little Island usually) to print run of the mill photos. 7x5s' are half price n Fridays and 6x4s' on Tuesdays I think. Always get 7x5s' myself though as they're a better size IMO.
