    Hi maccadam

We spoke to our planning department and they advised on the below:

Move Poles / Manhole covers, existing plant, ducting etc.

    Customer advised to write to:

    Plant Alterations Eircom AEH

    Keanes rd ,

    Tycor

    Waterford

    or email directly plantalterations@eircom.ie

Note for legal reasons the customer must contact the Plant Alterations section themselves. Escalations from sales or RSC staff cannot be processed.

    Name
Address & Contact number (landline & mobile)
    Description of customer's request

They will then respond to customers emails or written request. There may be a lead time of 10 working days for a response.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks
    Marks
