Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just got an iphone 4 from a friend who was on vodafone.

Is it possible to unlock it to meteor? Its on iOS 7.0.4. Was just reading up on it and seems you have to do a jailbreak before unlocking?

Otherwise is there an option for him to get onto vodafone himself and request an unlock code? Bit of a newbie when it comes to all this stuff...

Jail breaking and unlocking means you can't upgrade the software or you'll lose the unlock.

Best thing is for him to go to Vodafone and get it unlocked there.

Thanks Zcott. Does he have to bring it in physically or just to ring up for a code of some sort? We're about 3 hours apart these days so hopefully the 2nd!

He has to ring up and supply the IMEI number for them to put a request in to unlock it.

If he still with vodafone he can request the unlock online.
