Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    1.10

    1.10 60s or ES.
In the manual it moves from s to ES when the size goes down

as dgobs pointed out 7.5bar is very low pressure for fb enviromax when you consider part of the fix for their sooting issues is to increase the pressure

glad you got sorted what you end up fitting nozzle wise 1.10?? at what pressure and what damper no

sorry for all the questions but your bad experiences just highlighted what we might all face in the future that's the beauty of boards we can all learn little bits from each other and its great the way people are willing to share the info

I couldn't get my hands on on a 1.10 60s so as per MI I fitted 1.00 80es and pressure around 8.5 bar. The air shutter was around 3. Got 11.3 co2 so happy with that.

What co, 02 and flue temps? I would always stick with same angle as original.

Co was in the 50's. O2 was around 5.5. Temp was in 60's. The only reason I used 80 degrees was because that was the angle shown in the MI's

Well then you are bang on. Can be difficult to get co low on those sometimes. We're the baffles and blast tube ok on it?

Happy Christmas. And no emergency call outs.

I remember seeing that change of angle in the manual. Can any of you on this forum explain this change, especially seeing that nozzle angle changes VERY little with pressure changes. Which btw is a godsend.

Makes one wonder what changed since last service. Would suspect faulty new nozzle. However you are better off with higher pressure and smaller nozzle on those boilers as said already.
