Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Liverpool are winning by greater margins more often than back in the late 80s when 2-0 was considered enough due to the defence of that team, now LFC have to score 4 just to feel confident of a win! ;)

Henderson always played much better without Gerrard in the team, always rated him. Suarez, top top class.

    Flanagan excellent? Far from it!

Thought he did well myself, few sloppy moments alright.

But had a goal cleared off the line, and put one on a plate for Skrtel.

I wonder as this ever been done by anyone before??

Great team performance so far, Sterling, Hendo , Allen, Sakho have kept it up from last week.

But after Liverpool's 17th game, still impressive however

The draw is looking less likely here

Combination of brilliance from side and an absolute shambolic display from the other

Malky may be on the way after today actually if this gets any further embarassing

Coutinho is getting p1ssed off that he can't get in on the goal act.

I don't think even Ronaldo is ahead of him right now.

I always say he's a step down from Ronaldo and Messi at what stage am I wrong?
There's no-one in better form at the moment

Not in England anyway, to my knowledge, Ronaldo or Messi may have run it close in Spain and there may have been something similar in Portugal before

The first was what impresses me most about Suarez. Much like his first at Spurs, the technique was excellent, but the attitude and workrate, loosing the ball and chasing it straight away, loosing his man in the process.

While there are others in the world with his ability, I've never seen anyone couple such determination with that sort of ability

Premier League ‏@premierleague 7m RECORD Luis Suarez's second goal v Cardiff was his 10th #BPL goal in December; He's the first player to hit double figures in a single month

You talking about the '87/88 season? When Liverpool were beating teams 3-0 and 4-0. That was some team alright.

But wow!!! Suarez, what a player!!

Is it too soon to start talking about a first possible league title in 25 years?

Although after watching FF this morning feeling a little sorry for Mackay, this could be it for him.

There's nothing Mackay can do about today.

    Suarez is just a machine.

Lost for words on Suarez..........but Henderson has been outstanding again! His range of passing and the weight of his passing is all coming off! Fantastic stuff.

Squad isn't strong enough to absorb many more injuries so no.

For a young man that is Jon Flanagan 20 years of age and to play at Left back when he's a right back for the league leaders :)
    I'd say that's Excellent.
    Take a bow young Flanagan.

Your wrong when he has as much influence as them in successful teams both at home and abroad over a few seasons.

He is in super form, he is a super player, but he does have a bit to do to be on the same level as the other two.

I'll be honest, always said I would wait till after new year before starting title talk, but recent results are having me itchy for it.

Yeah. I was being a bit sarcastic :D - I'll wait at least a coupel of months into the new year before predicting anything.

Just hearing a rumour from NBC of Sven Goran Eriksson taking over at Cardiff after the match, so that'll be two games and two sacke managers.

Nah every goal we scored this season has been due to bad defending.

There has to be a stage where were stop talking about how bad the other team are and realise that we are a bit of alright.

Time to start giving some of the squad a run out and a taste of some action.

FFS Sterling...ball should have been out to the left long ago.

I have already acknowledged the brilliance of Liverpools play, but both are true, Liverpool are playing brilliantly, but Cardiff are defending so bad its actually shocking, the full backs have been horrendous, they are getting little help from the midfield they are just shocking all over actually
