Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi all,

Had some work done in the house and one of the alarm sensors was damaged (case is broken). Until I can get the installer out to fix in the NY is there a way to 'inhibit' the tamper?

I tried to inhibit the zone the busted sensor is in (0#4code*2 yes) but it comes up as 'open tamper'? Is there a way to switch this off from the panel and allow it to set or maybe put some insulation tape on the spring to turn off the tamper? What's the best option to get me through the NY?

    Cheers!

Open the panel and get a piece of spare alarm cable and link it in the tamper of zone that is open.
