The main Thing about that goal is Henderson assisting again......

  • Registered Users Posts: 16,305 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Prodston

I knew I should have not bought Henderson instead of not buying Coutinho who I did buy :pac:

Was a bit worried - 20 minutes without a goal from Suarez is almost poor form;)

Makes no difference, everyone has Suarez as captain.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,323 ✭✭✭Max_Charger

Whatever Suarez does today means nothing really. Anyone that's taking this seriously must have him at this stage and everyone that does has him captained.

There's always a few that dont. Every point matters

Hopefully sterling can get in on some assists for Suarez

Not entirely true. The assists have to come from somewhere, so that will separate people. I'm actually hoping for a quiet one from him, because the only other Liverpool player I have is Flanagan, whose assist potential isn't great. Plenty of people with Henderson, Coutinho etc.

My opponent in my H2H league, who doesn't change his team has Ivanovic, bit of a differential for me there.

This guy is above me in my private league.. 28 point difference.. I should hopefully sail past him today :)

the only reason I would have signed terry is for. His goal threat .....so I'd just play him every week

Benched Terry today then backed hi at 9-1 for anytime goal. Just to totally mess with the heads of the Gods, rather than it being any great consolation if he does score.

Talk about reverse jinxing him. That team could actually score big this week! Assuming Suarez settles for just the one or two.

Eh...when did Henderson become a decent footballer? He's been unreal today.

He is unstoppable at this moment. Is there a chance he will be rested during this game? Are there any subsitutes possible?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,251 ✭✭✭✭Lemlin

He now has the record for the most goals at this stage of a season, despite missing the start through suspension.

I don't care if Liverpool play City away next, he's staying captain.

was just thinking that today and against spurs his passing has been unbelievable.

And I thought we were still talking about the Henderson goal.

    :D

I need Rooney not to start now. Have Suarez as vice captain.

  • Registered Users Posts: 16,305 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Prodston

Sickened I chickened out of doing Henderson in last night, plumped for Couts this morning because I'm an idiot.

City were poor at the back against Arsenal so Suarez could have a field day against them.

At least with Suarez scoring all that have him captain should qualify for the cup that starts next week

When Gerrard got out of his way in midfield.

Guy in my league still hasn't got Suarez and he made a transfer this week so is still active. What is wrong with these people

This just popped up on Twitter:

@DeadlineDay: Hearing that Wayne Rooney has passed a fitness test and will start against West Ham for Manchester United. #MUFC #WHUFC

    It could be complete bull.

I think since Gerrard has been injured. Even Joe Allen has looked impressive since he's been out. I'm not a 'Pool fan but some of their midfielders have performed brilliantly without Gerrard in there.

I have fantasy football buddy for Android which is excellent, not sure if it's available on apple store.

Some players were talking about differential in Captain poll thread - i doubt anyone can outscore Suarez even if he does nothing till the end of this game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,205 ✭✭✭Lucas Hood

NBC just showed Rooney entering Old Trafford with all the other players.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,687 ✭✭✭Danger781

    Since Gerrard has been missing..

    -Henderson has improved dramatically
    -Sterling scored twice
-Mignolet en-route for his second CS in a row
-Suarez up to his usual shenanigans

Seems he just gets in the way :pac:
