Can I use AdBlockPlus (Firefox) to block certain adds but not have it on by default?

    I want to disable it for some sites, like this one but adverts that move (like a gif or flash add) bother me since they're distracting.

    What I would like to be able to do is not block adverts by default on this site but only the ones I choose. I know how to block any advert by its element but I don't know if it's possible to show adverts by default + block only the elements I want on certain sites.
