Weight loss and appetite lose

A baby who is teething 4 teeth at once + just starting crawling & standing. Very active. Who had two antibiotics for a sore throat(just finished) is it normal for the baby to loose weight.. Who has about 3-4 Dirty nappies per day. Maybe 2/3 pounds... @ 10 months
