Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have UPC cable. I recently got a VCR which has scart and HDMI connection ports. I have it set up with scart to the TV - the TV also has HDMI. Can I connect from the UPC box to the VCR and on to the TV. Should I use HDMI and from where to where??

If you're in Dublin then in all probability the UPC cable is carrying the 14 or so analog signals which you can tune in to on the VCR in order to record programs. So you would run the white UPC co-ax cable from the wall box to the VCR 'in' socket and then from the VCR 'out' socket to the UPC digital box using the black cable that came with the VCR.

Connect the UPC digital box via HDMI to the TV and connect the VCR to the TV via another HDMI cable though SCART will be just as good as the VCR won't be handling any HD channels.
